Chef Justice Korb
Raised in rural Girard, PA she gained a passion for sustainably sourcing foods after seeing the economic and environmental benefits of local agriculture. She began cooking from scratch at the Erie Food Co-Op Cafe. Later as the produce department manager she learned the intricate details of the organic ingredients she uses. From there she gained kitchen knowledge around Erie, working her way from the garde manger up to Sous Chef at the Erie Club. From there she became the Event Chef at Chautauqua Institute and founded Korbie LLC.
